Master Terms of Service

By accessing the CloudSEO AI Web Cloud Studio, downloading native desktop binaries (`.exe`, `.dmg`, `.AppImage`), or activating a license key, you agree to these Master Terms of Service.

1. Plan Tiers, Daily Quotas & Module Entitlements

CloudSEO AI enforces real-time daily execution quotas and module entitlements according to your active subscription tier:

Starter ($49 / 30 days) & Pro Growth ($149 / 30 days): Grant access to the 8 core SEO modules (`Auto Backlink Builder`, `High-DA Cloud Backlinks`, `Parasite SEO Publisher`, `Medium AutoPoster`, `DEV.to AutoPoster`, `Organic CTR Bot`, `Instant Indexer`, and `RSS Pinger`) within daily tier limits (10 to 35 Expired PBN nodes per blast).
Agency Elite ($499 / 30 days) & Founder Lifetime ($1,199 one-time): Grant full access to all 9 modules, exclusively unlocking the ⚡ 4–12Hr Fast Rank Autopilot and the complete 184+ Niche-Matched Expired PBN Fleet.
Daily execution counters reset automatically at 00:00 UTC.

2. Workstation Seat Licensing & Hardware Binding

Each account includes Web Cloud Studio access plus native desktop workstation seats (Starter: 1 seat, Pro Growth: 3 seats, Agency Elite: 10 seats, Founder Lifetime: 10 seats). Sharing license keys publicly or attempting to bypass HWID verification results in immediate key suspension.

3. StarX Pay On-Chain Billing & Instant Activation

Payments processed via StarX Pay (`USDT TRC-20`, `BTC`, `ETH`, `TON`) are verified directly against live blockchain explorers. Because blockchain transactions and instant authority link deployments consume live PBN and proxy resources upon execution, confirmed on-chain settlements are final. Plan upgrades take effect immediately upon 1 network confirmation.
